- Electrolyte R&D Engineer/Manager
Job duties:
1、Electrolyte formulation optimization and sample evaluation; electrolyte rapid evaluation method development
2、Develop and develop electrolyte incoming material testing system methods
3、Electrolyte production quality control
Job requirements:
1、Master degree or above in materials, chemistry, electrochemistry and other related majors
2、At least 3 years of experience in electrolyte research and development
3、Familiar with lithium-ion battery electrolyte solvent, electrolyte, additive characteristics
4、Knowledge of the interface and reaction mechanism between anode and cathode materials and electrolyte, and be able to match electrolyte according to the nature and performance requirements of different electrode materials
5、Familiar with electrolyte small test and pilot process

Job duties:
1、Responsible for the production and evaluation of soft pack batteries, familiar with the whole production process of soft pack batteries
2、Responsible for the analysis of abnormal battery accidents during the production process, solving and determining the subsequent preventive measures
Job requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemistry, electrochemistry, materials and other related majors (the requirements can be relaxed for those with more than 5 years of experience in related positions)
2、more than 2 years of work experience in soft pack battery production process and trial production

Job duties:
1, sodium ion battery cathode material development and evaluation
2, responsible for sodium ion battery cathode material intellectual property rights, technical information collection and management

Job duties:

3、Responsible for the analysis of abnormal battery accidents during the production process, solving and determining the follow-up preventive measures
