Launched by 36 Krypton, a leading technology venture capital media, "36 Under 36" has been successfully held for six years, requiring candidates to be under the age of 36, and is dedicated to finding super entrepreneurs who stand at the centre of evolution and generation, based on four dimensions: innovation, resilience, progressiveness and influence. This year, more than 1,000 entrepreneurs were recruited nationwide, covering 10 industries where innovation is active, from which 360 potentially great entrepreneurs were selected and named: "X-36Under36" project.
For the 2022 candidate selection phase, 36 Krypton has brought in a panel of over 50 experts and knowledge partners. These included renowned venture capitalists, university experts and academics, professors, as well as well-known entrepreneurs and corporate executives. After 2 weeks of online scoring and close communication, 36 Krypton integrated feedback from all parties to find these 360 young entrepreneurs worthy of attention. Professor Zhang Jiaheng was selected as one of the outstanding entrepreneurs in the chip, new materials and high-end manufacturing sectors.
In 2017, Professor Zhang Jiaheng brought the cutting-edge technology of supramolecules back to his home country and founded a biomaterials company, starting a path to break the cocoon of "technology". After five years of development, we have made breakthroughs in raw material development, technological innovation and capacity expansion. Using supramolecular technology, a series of highly effective bioactive materials have been produced and are widely used in cosmetics, healthcare products, food, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
In 2022, Professor Zhang Jiaheng applied the supramolecular technology to the field of new energy and founded Shenzhen Tian Mu New Energy Co Ltd and signed a contract with Changzhou City to establish Qian Mu New Energy Co Ltd. Tianmu is currently engaged in the design and development of new high safety and high performance deep eutectic electrolytes, thus solving the pain points of traditional carbonate electrolytes. In addition, the company also has a presence in the fields of hydrogen energy, photovoltaics and battery recycling.
Science leads the world, technology guides the way. Professor Zhang Jiaheng said that there are many pain points in both the pan-health and new energy fields, and he hopes to use his own technology to truly solve these problems, test his scientific research results with commercialisation, and contribute to the development of the industry.
